Narrow Gate is open to young men between the ages of 18 and 25 who want a new life and are willing to work for it. The journey requires a six-month minimum commitment and a willingness to be challenged physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Students from all over the nation and abroad attend.
2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV)
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray,
and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways;
then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin,
and will heal their land.
Pray for America!

Narrow Gate Foundation - Bill Spencer - Forge His Future
Bill was raised in a small town in Northeast MO. He was an active young man interested in many things from building to wrestling to cars to music. Eventually his love for music brought him to Nashville where he worked in the music industry for almost 15 years. But it was his love for Jesus and the Word of God that eventually overcame his love for music and at 40 years old, God revealed Bill’s true purpose – to disciple young men and teach the Bible in unique and engaging ways. Bill is an ordained minister and sought after speaker. When he isn’t teaching at the Lodge, Bill spends time making guitars, tending to his 6 Mediterranean donkeys.

Pastor Tim - Narrow Gate Foundation - Talyn
Narrow Gate Foundation is a family of individuals who have experienced the personal transformation that comes through a real relationship with Jesus Christ. It's our desire to create an atmosphere where others can come to know Jesus in the same way. We are not psychologists or clinicians: We are everyday people who serve an extraordinary God.
We disciple young men ages 18-25 at our Narrow Gate Campus throughout the year. Young men from all over the world apply to attend this unique intensive Biblical experience that leads them into deeper intimacy with God and seeking the answers to two of life's biggest questions: Who am I and Why am I here?

Pastor Tim - Narrow Gate Foundation - Crown of Thorns
In October 2004, Narrow Gate moved onto the property affectionately known as Leatherwood Forge. The property has a rich history of significance for this rural community. (read more) In the 1930’s Leatherwood was a small rural community complete with a general store, churches, a school, gristmills, saw mills and a blacksmith shop. Only a handful of homes and remnants of some of the old buildings still remain. The community blacksmith shop was once located at the entrance to Narrow Gate’s property. It is currently under renovation. Today, the young men of Narrow Gate are excited to be bringing craftsmanship back to the property. In honor of the history of this area, Narrow Gate students spend time in our craftsman grade shops learning how to work with Leather, Wood and Forging…hence the name Leatherwood Forge.
