2 Chronicles 7:14 (KJV)
If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray,
and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways;
then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin,
and will heal their land.

Often when life gets really difficult, it can affect our mood and fill us with anxiety. All of us are familiar with worry and dread. Tony Evans lays out a biblical game plan to help us deal with anxiety and to encourage us with the knowledge that by seeking God first, we can move from worry to peace.
Dr. Tony Evans is founder and senior pastor of the 9500-member Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, founder and president of The Urban Alternative, best-selling author of Kingdom Man, former chaplain of the NFL's Dallas Cowboys, and present chaplain of the NBA's Dallas Mavericks.
Just like the biological DNA that passes on the characteristics and traits of our parents, we also have spiritual DNA that passes on the sinful behavior from parent to child. But according to Tony Evans, the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ provided the means for freeing us from that generational curse.
Tony Evans discusses the reality of generational curses and how they affect believers, but he also reveals the basic truth behind breaking those curses. If you are a believer in Jesus Christ, you don't have to live under the influence of generational curses any longer.
The credit for lives impacted through this ministry first belongs to God, and then to you. People like you who faithfully support this ministry make testimonies like this one possible. We are deeply grateful for your support, and we hope that Ann Jones' story encourages you
Faith is often inconvenient and anti-cultural. It does not always fit inside our human understanding of the way things work, but as long as you are obeying God, you are setting yourself up to see Him do something great. Faith doesn't make sense. It makes miracles.
Jesus came to earth to do the Father’s will, but He also came to represent God so that we would know what it is like to have God with us. In Colossians, we read,
“He (Jesus) is the image of the invisible God ….” Colossians 1:15
Trying to make sense of God and how He operates is often a fruitless exercise. He tells us that His ways are not our ways, and once we begin to surrender our logic and start trusting Him, He can start working miracles in our lives.

NOTE:
The verse for this message should say Ezekiel 18:1-4.
Tony Evans discusses how we trigger God's greater grace through our attitude towards sin. When we line up our heart with God's heart, He provides the change that we need. We won't be perfect this side of heaven, but as we pursue godliness, we get to witness God's divine intervention in our lives.
Tony Evans talks about God's plan for getting you from earth to heaven.
The first African-American to graduate with a doctoral degree from Dallas Theological Seminary.
Dr. Evans has served as the senior pastor of Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship for over 40 years, witnessing its growth from ten people in 1976 to now over 10,000 congregants with 100 plus ministries.
As a Christian trying to fulfill the will of God in your life, you might find yourself headed in the wrong direction. When that happens, you might find the consequences of making a wrong turn overwhelming. From the book of James, Tony Evans provides you with the key to making a U-turn and heading back toward God.
Despite the pain you may be facing, God desires to bring healing to help you move forward. If you will lean in to Him, He can fully restore what has been damaged in your life through the hurt of divorce.
As you watch the details of your life unfold, it might appear as though things are moving in a particularly bad direction. If that continues, many of us might see our circumstances as irreversible. That’s where God comes in; He has the capacity to take the irreversible circumstances of our lives and reverse them on a dime.
Prayer should be our first response, not our last resort. In this video, Tony guides you in how to pray through anxiety by reading a prayer from his book, 'Prayers for Victory in Spiritual Warfare' so that you can be kept in perfect peace by steadfastly trusting in Him who promises you not just life, but life abundantly.
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 (NIV)
Today's message focused on the strength to overcome, how to open doors that need to be opened, and how to put your trust that God can flip things, redeem things or turn them around for your favor when you align your life with His name.
Dr. Tony Evans speaks about what true greatness looks like in the eyes of the Creator. He points out the difference between what man calls great and what God calls great.
