Testimonies - Mark Burnett and Roma Downey

Power-house producers Mark Burnett and Roma Downey, who are husband and wife, have found that family entertainment can be successful. Roma Downey and Mark Burnett, creators of The Bible TV series are to jointly receive the World Evangelical Alliance's Entrepreneurial Leader Award 2013.

The series was watched by over 100 million people worldwide, with 13 million tuning in for the first episode. The show is also up for three Emmy awards, including "Outstanding Miniseries or Movie".

Downey and Burnett will be honoured at the 8th annual Entrepreneurial Leaders Conference to be held in Vancouver, Canada on November 14 and 15.
