Sermons - Gregory Dickow - The Healing Power of a Soft Heart

Since our church began, we knew it was going to be a special place. But we didn't know quite why. We knew we would win people to Jesus Christ; teach the uncompromising Word of God; and heal the broken and the broken hearted.

When I heard one precious woman's testimony of how this church had helped her know God as her Father, I understood, what truly makes this church a special place: A revelation of God as: Father! "Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God." I John 3:1 (KJV)

This love, this privilege of son-ship, is too great to keep to ourselves. There is no person too broken, too insignificant, or too lost, that the Father cannot touch and make whole... One man in scripture cried out to Jesus, “Lord, show us the Father... then we shall be satisfied.” (John 14:8 Amp.) The cry of this world is to have a Father. It is the only thing that will truly satisfy. It is our dream that you would find that source of true satisfaction here—knowing God as Father.
